Queste sono le email del truffatore che ho incontrato. Per fortuna grazie alla rete ho scoperto che è un account falso e che gli annunci di affitto che mette questo tipo sono delle truffe. Il suo intento è farsi mandare dei soldi come anticipo tramite Western Union o qualche altro sistema per poi sparire...

As it can be seen from the pictures everything it's new. The flat is fully furnished, newly refurbished and also benefits from wood flooring. You have internet connection,phone,washing machine with dryer, cable TV.
Please let me know about your intentions...what else do you need to know, when you intend to move in? How long you want the contract to last for? How many people would be living in it and some other things you feel I should know.

I can't take the risk to leave my new job for couple of days and when I arrive in Bergamo to find out that I came for nothing. I want to be 100% sure that when we'll meet,it might be a chance that we'll do the rent papers and return to Germany.
For this reason I want to complete this deal in the safest way possible, for both.

I am ready to reserve fly ticket to come on Bergamo Sunday 27th of June or on Monday the 28th of June, but I have 1 condition :
You'll have to arrange the payment from your name in Bergamo, using Western Union service for 3 months rent, that means 900 EURO's and send me the scanned receipt. As soon as I see the scanned receipt as a proof that you've made the payment, I will fly to Bergamo and you will see the flat and maybe rent it if you like.
After that, we will go together at the Wester Union office and you will take the money back and pay me.

Before you do transfer via Western Union I must advise you about it. I've just talked with my colleagues here and they told me more about this service.
First of all, there will be some fees when you'll ensure the transfer, but I will support them - in fact I will deduct it from the price of the rent - I think is fair from my side because I have chosen this method.
Second - the person who's beneficiary ( you ) can't be the sender because you can't pick up the money when we'll meet.
And third - your friend or relative ( the person who's sending the money to your name ) must tell them that the amount sent is used for personal use, not for renting a flat.

Please talk to your friend to go at a Western Union office to make transfer of 900 euro (for first 3 month of the rent). Your friend pay some charges : 30-40 euro of Western Union to transfer 900 euro - but I deduct this money on the price of rent for 1 month.
I wait to send me by mail receipt of Western Union.
After that I am looking to reserve fly ticket to come on ergamo to do contract and to give the keys.
